PrecisionX_x64.exe produces an Application Error (1000) in my Event Log.

Precision XOC produces an error message in my Event Log at Windows startup.  I see no other indication of the error other than P XOC taking a long time to start.  Sometimes I don't get the error at all but that doesn't happen often.  On occasion when I exit P XOC and start it up again I get the error message in my Event Log.  In every case when it does startup it works fine.  Any thoughts?

    Did the problem just recently start happening? If yes, try restoring your computer to a date when everything was working normally using system restore.

    This is a new PC build a new install of Windows 10.  It happened from the first day I installed P XOC.  Even though my Event Log shows this error P XOC functions fine.  Just takes about 10 seconds to start up.
