Hello, I have a Z490 FTW WIFI.
 
The only time my POST has changed was when I would hold the reset button to flash bios to a newer version. I was thinking it was me having an 11th gen at first, but even without a CPU and CPU power I don't get any changes. Where I would expect the MB to show a Post Code C.

    If you’re getting stuck on post code 00, and not posting it could mean the board itself has an issue. You may need to rma if still under warranty.

    They won’t due to having found bent pins and the possibility of it being end user damage
