Kinda frustrating to tell that the order is "shipped", maybe it means that its on the way to EU by Ship. Thats y we are not having any tracking number.......

Yeah, staying friendly on the forum gets harder every day.
Especially with information as these coming in.
One could even argue that the non disclosure of at least a time frame for a delivery is against European consumer law.
And please do not take the last sentence too serious. I don't want to open up a law discussion.

first of all sorry for the wrong Mail you received Thanks but that's part of the problem no one actually received any mail at all after the one asking for payment. It's been a week since we paid for the case and our accounts went through three stages, one of which was shipped but no email. Anyway good to know things are finally moving.

Hello,
Same here, since the payment, the status on page went to "order shipped", and got nothing else in mail except the recept for payment.
Came back there to follow, as the last update said the cases would be shipped by this tuesday.
Good to know the cases should be sent by the end of the week, and hope we won't have to come back there to have informations about what's going on or what's the update.
Those of us who already have it, enjoy!

Somehow this information seems very incomplete/old.
A few cases (no pun intended) are known on this forum to have updated or completed shipments in the Netherlands already.
After all this backlash, PR and support should imho be a bit more verbose with information by now.
Like which shipping centers have already / are in process of shipping and which countries are affected.
Simple reassurances and mantras of patience don't cut it anymore.

UK here and mine will be delivered today.
That's great news and I shouldn't complain but... I found out via a text message.
My account here hasn't been updated.
I have received no email - my preferred and usually expected method of communication.
I received a text message last night from someone called scancomp that a cursory look at said something about a delivery from DPD - as I had that day just received a delivery from DPD and there was no mention of EVGA I deleted it.
This morning I received another from scancomp with my 1 hour window.
Who are scancomp and why am I getting text messages from them and not EVGA or DPD or better yet emails as DPD normally do?

Hi, it is not that simple because there are different shipping departments all over Europe that do care about their own Regions only. All departmens are in the process to ship the units so I am afraid there is no generall answer we can give on this here in the Forums because there are customer from all Regions over the world and some regions have not shipped everything so far. Tracking got updated in the accounts and we did also send out Emails to all European custome who got shipped. If you have not received any update in the Account or via Email your chassis will probably get shipped by tomorrow. For individual answers you can always contact EVGAs customer support at supporteu@evga.com then the CS Team will review your case and give an update.

I am sorry to hear this. It is depending on if the chassis got shipped already or not. If the chassis got already shipped you would need to wait till it arrived then we can pick it up and refund you your payment. In this case please contact customer support directly at supporteu@evga.com with the information that you would like to cancel your order then they will give you all required instructions. If the chassis did not get shipped so far we can start the refund process right away.
