Is anyone else shocked at how quickly these cards are going out of stock? I got an email from EVGA today about how one of the 2080 cards has been restocked, and 22 minutes after receiving the email I went on and it was all ready out of stock again. It sucks not being able to finish a build without it lol.

I got on as soon as I received the email ,and it said sold out. It was on the ftw3 edition. Super irratated.

I am beyond irratated. I was also waiting on the FTW3 08G-P4-3287-KR. I am betting that the emails are slow to be sent out is why they are already gone when we get on here.

Keep in mind if you got the email it means that the list is purged and you need to sign up again to get notified. As for the best way to get notifications use a smart phone and check for new mail often then set a push notification for email from @evga.com. This is done in the email application by setting it to a VIP contact. That way you get a vibration and a notification bar that the email came in.

On a close side notation ; WHAT THE ScoobyDoo doo happened to the website pricing on the older 2080's ???
They appear to all be back up to "mining craze" prices........., when they should be well under $699 to move out old stock.
It looks like Nvidia may not be producing enough volume of SUPERs chips, so raise the pricing back up on the old cards ...?? ...I hope it's just some wacky glitch.

I wanted to grab an EVGA card but not worth the frustration. I missed out by minutes on launch day and a couple times since.
Grabbed a 2080 Super direct from Nvidia yesterday and it arrives Friday. Once the hand-me-downs make their way along the family chain it'll be the first time in years that there are no EVGA cards in my household. :-(
I love my reference 2080 Ti so it won't be necessary to tell me I've made a huge mistake. Aside from their terrible shipping restrictions (direct sig + can't hold at Fedex location) their support has been great as well.

Well tonight 8-7-19 I just happened to be at the computer when I received an email that the 2080 Super FTW3 Ultra Gaming (08G-P4-3287-KR) was in stock. I was lucky enough to get an order in before it sold out again. So it seems like the email went out at about the same time the card became available.

I was lucky enough to get an order in before it sold out again. So it seems like the email went out at about the same time the card became available.
Congrats! Yes, the notifies are manually cleared after we push the product in stock. Sometimes you've just got to be in the right place at the right time.

Congratulations on being able to pick one up. Hopefully the supply is able to meet the demand in another week or two.
As for the post about 2080 prices not going down it's because simply NVIDIA charges a lot for the chips and the memory isn't cheap. A lot of people think it's possible for prices to be slashed but really the margin isn't super high allowing for a large discount without selling the product below cost.

Or like an intelligent company based on the number of previous requests you could IDK take pre orders instead of constantly doing this crap to users. But I guess this is not the EVGA of old that cares about its userbase any longer the company has just gotten to big.

XC is a reference card with EVGA cooler, while the XC2 probably isn't.

Nothing strange that NVIDIA RTX2080 Super are out of stock. Card is amazing and price is not extremely expensive. RT is big plus, but not main reason why I like that model very much. I didn't expect at all to NVIDIA launch such card or I would wait with buying GTX1080Ti and now I would have RTX2080 Super. Now is end except if god look at me and win one of 20 RTX2080 Super Founders Edition NVIDIA offer. Founders Edition are so attractive and I don't know how people with watercooling PC immediately uninstall default cooler and install block. I would do that, but first month I would enjoy in mine first Founders Edition. So big fan of Ge Force and somehow from Kepler I didn't had chance to use Founders Edition, previous models or these new... My only reference GeForce NVIDIA was EVGA GTX580, so cool graphic. So nice experience when you hold her in live. If NVIDIA break little with prices and Intel catch AMD with DDR5 platform I stay with Intel-NVIDIA and next 10 years. Playing Dead Island, game with huge stuttering problems I google for all solutions, disable enable Vsync, completely different experience, I never saw that in other games, at the end after day of googling I decide to disable Vsync in game and Enable Adaptive in NVIDIA Control Panel only for that game, and instantly 90% of problems gone. 10 times I resolve such things with NVIDIA, with Radeon almost never and I really could imagine gameplay experience on RTX 2080 Super/2080Ti on Monitors with G-Sync. If someone can afford every problem could be resolved without losing nerves. Because Much lower price then RTX2080Ti and nice performance RTX2080 Super I like more then RTX2080Ti. Price of RTX2080Ti change everything, and RTX2080 Super is different, very usable in small computers with small PSU.  RTX2080 Super is great first month to visually satisfy customer, then EVGA AIO Hybrid kit is necessary or real waterblock.

I just bypassed the Nvidia fancy looking cooler problem by getting the hydro copper version of the FTW3 LOL. It showed up today. Looks great. Too bad I won't be able to power it up for like 10 days. Water-cooling parts get here next Monday building the loop the weekend after. Vlada011

I hope you will build loop from Heatkiller Parts and Nemesis Black Ice radiators. That's very important decision. Off course RTX2080SC Hydro Copper is better then Founders, but Founders easy become Hydro Copper. Sad that I didn't know to advice self properly to invest in watercool.de parts.
