What was EVGA's 1st card? I thought it was my 6800gt since they were a brand new comany in 04, or whatever.
I *THINK* The first card they sold was the RIVA TNT
back in 1999...?

All these years I thought I was one of their first customers because we never heard of them before. Lots of companies doing stuff back then. Were they in the US before 04? What about the step up program? When did that start. It seemed brand new, and took them a while to sort out my 6800GT AGP card to a 680GT PCI-e card.

Ah that makes sense. It was new because I remember something new about them. They were promoting their new step program which is why I bought their 6800GT from Microcenter as it qualified for a step to the PCI-e version when it was released a couple months later. I was waiting on new Athlon parts that were also being released around that time.

I just bought a box of random computer parts on CL for $25, got it primarily for the GTX770 and 660 that were in it! Pretty old but not quite as old as what you guys have!

as far as EVGA, first card with them was a GTX 260. I've been running EVGA ever since. SLI 570's, 580, SLI 680 Classifieds, 780ti, 1080ti, and waiting on a 3080ti now
