Increasing voltage makes alot of heat, ofc my ambient is high right now šŸ˜†
Edit- I'm pushing about 590w average during port royal šŸ˜†

Did you get an updated Classified Tool that's newer than the one that most folks are using?  Or is it the same?  One I'm using is the 3.1.4.0 one.

holy hell this took a ton of voltage and power to get it to complete, had one run where i was holding 2.2ghz and averaging 680-690w of power draw(this success was a little less power but not a lot less, possible my psu ran out of steam and failed it) and got to the point where the chick just walked out of the ship then it crashed :(

best part is I am #3 for 5800x and single 3090 now XD

What was your baseline for the LN2 bios that came with the card?
 
Just trying to figure did the XOC improve your score? same classified tool settings as previous bios you were using?

Thatā€™s too much NVVDD and score isnā€™t scaling correctly with the wattage its pulling. Try 1.25v NVVDD and tweak MSVVDD, 1.10v is too low. 1.25v NVVDD 1.15-1.175v MSVVDD should pull 620W and have better score. Nice memory OC

Also thanks to the other guy who mentioned the other voltage, I'm kinda new to this so learning as I go, will test when I get to my aunts later tonight, visiting for weekend

Man 1.3V you are living dangerously.  What sort of load temps are you seeing with that?
 
Should be noted for anyone wanting to try it: your core offset WILL be different on the 1000W BIOS vs the 520W BIOS because the boost clock starts at a lower point on the core on the 1K BIOS.  I believe it's roughly a 45MHz delta.

Only a smidge higher than my last personal best, BUT that's also at the same effective clocks as my last personal best.  2190-2205 was the effective on the previous run when I had HWInfo still open, settings were the same for this one, I just closed all background stuff & let the card cool down (at stock voltages etc) for about 10mins before resetting voltages & running again.
 
Good enough for #6 on the 5950X/Single 3090 leaderboard, and I'm the 3rd highest non-LN2/DICE score - 3 of the top 6 have N/A average temp which means they were sub zero, the other 2 are in the 30s/40s so they're on liquid I assume.

At 1.3 I think it hit 50c range
1.4v would hit 60c about, and pull just under 800w but this all was not getting me anywhere lol, needed to work on the 3rd voltage setting, forgot what it's for, but that will be late Saturday, got to take car in for some work :/

My memory is garbo, lest ye forget... and my 520W BIOS got overwritten somehow, I don't understand how.  I put it on the OC switch position before flashing & now both are behaving the same way (memory locked at maximum speed) Grrrrrr...
Gotta find a copy of the 520W ReBar BIOS again now.  Stupid NVFlash.

I haven't actually done any a to b testing to answer that question.  I don't think it's a huge difference if it is one at all, for Port Royal.  If anyone figures that out & determines it has a negative impact, let me know so I can switch to the non-ReBar BIOS & get a higher score for free :-P lol
