Yes... As far as I know they do that for tampering..it weakens the sticker so if you try to remove it, the sticker falls apart.
So is the warranty void if I wanted to install a water block later on?
No, as long as you return the card to its original state for rma your fine. This just tells EVGA team that it was opened and to inspect/test further when necessary, not everyone actually opens up the whole thing so it just speeds up the process when they don't need to.

Evidently a big shipment sent out to newegg US and nothing sent for the UK segment of Newegg or Amazon or any other big retailer available in the UK/EU. How greedy... I don't know what on earth EVGA is playing at but this is pushing A LOT of customers (outside the US) away. Seems EVGA just don't want our business/money 😅

Haha, cool. I'm glad someone got the post. So I canceled all my pre-orders, including a Elite pre-order for a Newegg order. I can't stop wondering if the Elite cards have a binned processors.

I noticed this but I would rather not order directly from EVGA considering how long it took them to send out UK shipments. I'd much rather get my card from a reputable UK retailer like Amazon, Ebuyer, Scan etc.

Just got my EVGA 1080 Ti SC black edition, can I change the LED lighting from white? I cannot find anything in Precision to adjust same. Cheers.
