Great choices there, solid build. Let me know if your interested in a Cooler Master 680 II advanced or a Cooler Master Storm Sniper black edition. I also have a 470 for cheap.

Cases CM Advanced II, CM HAFX, Silverstone Raven will be easy to keep your parts cool with it bigger gpus is when you have to start adding crazy fans with the raven. but your setup would be perfect for it=)
The ram you selected is good but so is
    CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TR3X6G1600C8D 159.99
both rams you really cannot go wrong i own 3x of those kits

Thanks donta..... forward thought is what I was looking for . I am 45 years young so "robo" box is not exactly my taste. I bench for a living so to speak and an "open air " type set up would be most preferred but EATX Banchettas are hard to find  in my config.

no it doesent the board will fit on an atx form factor=) There are a few guys on the forums with their classifieds on some of those test benches, the classified is not a true eatx. It would even fit in your current case actually=) only time you need an 8 slot case with the classified is 3 way sli and a dedicated physx card. The classified would even fit in an antec 900 but I would not suggest it.

yup any will work it uses the same mounting screws as an atx board the board on the bottom and on the side where the 24 pin is they made the board a tiny bit longer in those areas it will fit on an ATX open bench=)
I had my classified 759 in a cm 690 for awhile  even in a silerstone raven. Yeah if it was a real EATX from factor I would had not of stood a chance of getting the board in those cases. Iv been through hmmm over 10 cases the past three years until I hunted down the one I always wanted that I am using now.

BTW go with something like a Microcool Banchetto 101 Clear Modular Case from that link I gave you. you will be able to plug in the molex no issues if you ever go with GTX 480's or bigger cards in general. Plus you wont have any plastic or anything in your way of getting the molex on.

I suggest a bigger PSU. at least a 1000W so as to not limit yourself on the GPUs in future. If your case is going to be a test bench then it may not matter, other wise it's a PITA to change out later. X58 is power hungry 850w with 460 SLI is at your limit.

and add 3.0 and SATA cards later if needed. I know I will not go beyond a two card SLI config. Just a heads up.

Over all a nice little build... I am not a fan of Acer products and may I suggest if you have the extra cash, go for A LED back lit monitor. I have an LG and it looks absolutely fantastic.

Thanks for the advice I may do it . I'm getting at the breaking point budget wise and since the project is mainly benching .... it seemed the monitor was a good place to skimp a littel. However....  with the nice video card it may be a shame to have the crap monitor. I have a Hanns G currently and I hate it !! Choices ... choices !

Purchased this as well . This is not up for debate as it is temporary at best. System is going to be a "bencher" and will be under phase cooling on cpu and water chiller for GPU

Trigger pulled on Banchetta 101 rev 1.   DONE !!!

I held up on pulling trigger on the entire rest of the system as I wanted to update a few parts first.

CHECK IT OUT AND TELL ME YOU O.P. ???

Well the monitor your purchased is not an LED. I dunno if you needed the built in TV tuner but if not, I would have gone with this one

Well, I have learned a long time ago that a lot of the reviewers on newegg are complete noobs however; I have that exact monitor and I can say it is one of the nicest monitors I have seen.

Ultimately, you are the one that has to be comfortable with your purchase so if you have any reservations then definately go with another.

No , no ... did not mean to question your suggestion !! Ya, I know about some of the idiots on the Egg. I don't have a better suggestion as monitors is not my "cup- o- tea" . Kinda lost on this one .  If your happy with it than that is good enough for me !!! I have no other options to base my choice on .

I also have a 55" LG LED TV with 240hz refresh and I still can't get used to how nice it looks  LOL

I would love a larger LED monitor with a 120hz refresh but those seem to be slow in coming.

Here is another monitor you might wanna look into getting
