My card was delivered to EVGA at 10:44am on Monday, so it’s been sitting there for 2 days without movement. I figured it’d take a day or so to process, but they only got to “Pending” for the Shipped Out step. Kind of disappointing after hearing about others’ getting sent out the same day theirs was received.
My return was delivered Monday 11/2 around noon. It's been just over 48 hours and I'm still stuck at "Product Received". I'm disappointed too, shipped out the 2080 last Wednesday so it's been a full week without my gaming PC. Hopefully they send it out today or tomorrow. Got UPS Next Day Air for the 3090.

Card just delivered to EVGA within the last half-hour. Let's see how fast they can turn this around.
Mine was received today, too. I'm guessing they probably process shipments in batches. Hopefully we snuck into whatever batch the Monday crew here are in.

They received my card today and just got a shipping notification from UPS. So same-day turnaround, and I had water blocked my 2080 ti.

Finally! Just got the UPS shipping notification saying the label was created a few minutes ago too. No email from EVGA, so I feel like it will actually go out tomorrow and I'll get it Friday. NVM, tracking just updated to say it's in UPS's possession and will be delivered tomorrow.

I think they technically do, but through UPS's notification system. I get notification from UPS for any shipment coming to me and EVGA also did the same with UPS to notify me, so I got 2 e-mails from UPS for my step-up.

3090 was delayed. They (EVGA) didn't get it to UPS soon enough for Next-Day shipping. Hopefully they refund the difference between shipping options.

Well...despite signing up for the notification queue weeks after the step up queue, I just got my message to buy. Fairly disappointed but I'm going to throw money at them again because there's no other availability. Looks like I'll sell my 2070 super locally.

Any new news of movement in the 3090 step up, I was able to snag a 3090 xc3 from a electronics store, and the first thing I did after registering it was fill out the step up for the FTW3.
