you mean like people in the queue having to wait while people in step-up, RMA, and retail stores getting their's before we do?
A line is a line, and it would be tremendously unfair to those in the US queue already waiting months to see people in EU, that signed up after, already getting theirs.
First, the people in the EU have also waited for months, we are talking days in regards to the EU vs the US, so I don't think that is a valid argument. For example, someone signing up on the 24th instead of the 18th. Second, I would argue that opening the lines a week later for the EU and not taking that into account would be a lot more unfair, as as they would be treated as second rate costumers, having given all the US orders a huge lead. That's my biased opinion in any case.
Fair enough, but it still stings if it goes down that way.

I've still got some time to go. So pumped for this one!!! This game is the reason I upgraded my monitor and GPU. I'm going to throw an OC on my CPU soon, I have noticed it hitting 100% usage on far less demanding games even at 3440X1440.

Any news on the supposed false triggered notifications on the eu notification system today? no emails have been sent to many users who can see a "yes" on notification sent Will these be resent? or set back to no so they are still viable to be resent at a later date if this was a mistake? Thanks

Potentially, it could. However, looking in from the outside, its close to 100% speculation. Past launches seemed to be substantial (relatively speaking) but each launch is different.

Can you confirm what's the status on the EU queue? I see in my notifications that a notify has been sent for my 10G-P5-3897-KR (9/24/2020 7:29:51 AM PT) but there's no email (not in junk either). Is this a bug, or am I to receive a notification soon?

I'm also waiting for that 3751. It was moving slow and steadily for a while, then it hit a brick wall a few weeks back and never budged since. Looks like I'll be starting Cyberpunk on my 1060.
Same. I've been stuck at 45 secs away in the 3751 queue now for going on 3wks 😠I keep telling myself it WILL happen eventually.

Man, the lesson I have learned is - always go for notification, and go for all models even if you just want the cheap one. I'd be inching towards a 3885 shortly if I had :( I think I am weeks away at best (20th for 3885, 18th for 3881) and my 970 is definitely starting to show it's age even at 1440 let alone 4k.

So true. Actually, I signed up for all of the RTX 3080's on day 1, but it only registered the XC3 gaming for some reason. When I saw the news about the queue system, I though I was golden. When I finally checked which notifications I was signed up for, your can imagine how pissed I was too see that I am now screwed since they never release any XC3 gaming 3080's. Hopefully this is a good trend and they'll start to release more so I can stop staring at a screen full of "sold out" buttons...
