Haven’t seen an updated card queue time list in awhile. Any idea where I stand with these?

Ben_C
G'day all,

I have been watching the queue move since launch from here in Oz, I placed an order for a 3989 FTW Ultra on launch day with a local distributor.  I just got assigned an ETA of 28 December.  Part W00T! and part wow.

It is a bit of a reminder though that customers are waiting patiently in queue around the world with various retailers, something to keep in mind when bemoaning the slow progress here.  Why retail drops are required when there are prepaid customers waiting is another debate though!

I did try to reserve a spot in the queue with EVGA (on 6 Oct) but I think I would get filtered when they saw where I live.

Cheers Ben

Thanks for dropping in Ben.  It is a very good reminder.  And congratulations on your (hopefully) soon to be arriving card!

I missed my notification by 1 hour, is there any way to get a second chance without waiting all over again? I'm so bummed I was working OT.

Reply to the "invite to purchase" email you received indicating your intent to purchase the card.  Then on Monday morning (just after 9 am PT if possible), give EVGA customer service a call (Toll Free: +1.888.881.EVGA (3842)).  They should be able to help you out by sending you a new link.  Please report back here when you get the good news.  Also, please update your earlier post tonight with your original timestamp of your auto-notify registration (and mention which card it was for).  Best of luck!

Hello friends. I've been following each page but haven't seen anyone ask about the $539 Black 3070 edition. (08G-P5-3751-KR). I signed up at 6:32:38 AM PT and it looks like the unofficial spreadsheet that gets tossed around is still at 6:09:00AM PST for that card? It seems like its stayed that way since 11/17. Anyone have more info on that?

Thanks!

Re: New EVGA.com Notification Checkout Process 2020/12/04 21:09:35 (permalink)
So today ended up feeling like a straggler day from the week’s prior drops.  Still, the 3080 Ultras continued their faster movement through the early morning minutes (in the case of the FTW3) and hours (in the case of the XC3) of 9/18.  As mentioned before, expect a little turbulence in the breakfast and early business hours of 9/18 before the cards continue rolling on, picking up speed until they hit the October 5 queue announcement congestion (which should last through October 5 and most of the business hours of October 6).

The 3070 XC3 Ultra appears to be the breakout drop hit of the 3070 series, moving more than 15 minutes ahead of its closest family rival.

And this week brought the launch of the 3060 ti FTW3 Ultra, moving almost a full hour on its Pre-Release Day of 12/1.  The 3060 TI XC3 will need to make up some ground when it (hopefully) launches next week (given that it is a “Gaming” SKU…don’t hold your breath).

Finally, although not tracked in this table, the waterlogged Hybrids continue to drop for those rad people (ha ha) who were lucky enough to register for those queues during the 30 or so minutes that those cards' auto-notify buttons were live.  EVGA has indicated that once they finish distributing “invitation to purchase" emails to this initial tranche of consumers, they will re-light the auto-notify buttons for the Hybrids to acquire additional registrants for a second (possibly open-ended) cohort.

As of 9:00 pm PT Friday night, this is where the North American queues stand (bolded font represents movement from Friday morning’s summary; italicized parentheticals calculate the length of the movement).

Next week is the release week for Cyberpunk 2077 (although I continue to maintain that given all of the delays…it may become a documentary with archival footage before it is finally released), so we really need the EVGA queue gurus to come through for us!  Speaking of EVGA gurus, Mr. @EVGA_JacobF did this thread a few “major solids” this week by popping into give us a heads-up on which skus were likely (no guarantees) to drop on each of Thursday and Friday ~~ this transparency was wonderful helpful and hopefully is something that continues going forward (let’s not scare him off folks).

Have a great weekend.  I will check in periodically over the next two days and then see everybody again on Monday morning, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed…ready for another week on our watch.

Be well, stay safe and those still on your watch…best of luck hunting for your card!

I'm also waiting for that 3751. It was moving slow and steadily for a while, then it hit a brick wall a few weeks back and never budged since. Looks like I'll be starting Cyberpunk on my 1060.

Hello. Just wanna say as an 8 years customer (started with the GTX 760 now on the 2080), EVGA customer service is phenomenon. RMA, Cross-Ship, Step-up all worked flawlessly.

That said, I haven't receive an email yet. Any idea when it will be sent?

The Gaming units really haven’t moved and the 3883 has received, at best, 2 material drops (it was likely one drop with some stragglers following). If you’ve signed up for another card model you should keep track of that one too. A few posts up from yours is the nightly summary of the status of the queues. I hope it helps provide some context. Does this mean the 3883 are not even in production yet?
At any rate, it seems like we'll need to wait a few weeks at least as it seems they're only pushing the higher tiered versions for now.

Thank you for the info.

I don't have the visibility to say for certain whether they are being produced...only that the queues aren't seeing the Gaming skus in any material volume.  Some Gaming models have yet to receive a material drop to the queues.

I wonder if they are refurbing units they receive back as step up units and reselling them as new since supply is so low.

My notification email landed in spam yesterday (Thursday) and I didn't find out that I could maybe contact someone about that until they were already closed on Friday. Do you think they'll re-send me a link on Monday or is that too late? :(

Hi all! I'm new this forum and I have a couple of questions, does the stock I've seen here relate to EU as well or is it just US? Second question, I've booked a xc3 ultra and it looks like its about a day away from my date so we have any idea how long that will take?

It shouldn't be more than a little headache for you.

First, reply to the "invite to purchase" email you received (the sender should be ordernotify@evga.com).  In that reply indicate your intent to purchase and that you missed the window.
Second, when EVGA opens on Monday (9 am PT), call customer service (Toll Free: +1.888.881.EVGA (3842)).  They should be able to send you a new email with a new, working link (or give you alternative instructions).
Third, wait for the new email (or follow their alternative instructions).
Fourth, buy your card.  Use an Associate’s Code (this link is for my code, but any Associate's Code will work) for a 5% discount off of your card.
Five, try not to annoy your family members while you stair endlessly outside your front window for the UPS truck to arrive.
Six, stay grounded while you install your new gpu.
Seven, enjoy your new gaming goodness!

Best of luck!

3080 FTW ultra 24 hrs 2 mins 1 s away.... I have a card purchased and processing that may arrive (the xc3 ultra metal backplate 3080 from amazon)... If I get within 12 hours before I recieve the amazon card I'm going to sell the amazon card at a even $800 usd (about 40 off after taxes and such) to someone who really needs one for xmass and use the FTW even though it will be another wait and I may not have it by xmass.

I never thought after all this time I will have the possibility of owning 2 cards, and doing something nice for someone who is really stressing and just wanted this for xmass.

As of 9:00 pm PT Friday night, this is where the North American queues stand (bolded font represents movement from Friday morning’s summary; italicized parentheticals calculate the length of the movement).

Card                                 SKU                      Auto-Notify Date/Time

    3080 FTW3 Ultra               3897                     09/18/2020 00:44:00    (00:39:02)
   3080 XC3 Ultra                 3885                     09/18/2020 06:02:03    (02:22:03)
     3070 FTW3 Ultra               3767                     10/29/2020 06:01:27
    3070 XC3 Ultra                 3755                     10/29/2020 06:26:00    (00:03:54)
   3060 Ti FTW3 Ultra           3667                     12/01/2020 06:51:30

So at this rate, I'm going to be able to buy a 3080 FTW3 from EVGA in March because I auto notify at the end of November.
Gotcha.

Tbh at this rate, I don't even want the card. I just wanted it for Cyberpunk 2077 but it looks like I'm going to play it with ray tracing off. Pretty sad that I can't give my $800 USD to NVIDIA/EVGA.
I'll wait for the eventual 3080Ti/Super and whatever AMD Radeon has to offer in 2021 Q2.

Well, the Madison Heights Micro Center had three 3080 Ultra Gaming cards, wish I would have seen it sooner last night or if they just let people buy them online to pick up because leaving at 6:30AM to drive 140 miles was not early enough, got there at 8:30AM and there was a line from the front, along the side and then curved back into the parking lot. Saw the last one leave as I waited out front, almost considered a 3060Ti but it was MSI and if I was going to buy a 3060Ti it'd have to be EVGA. >_<

Going to try to get a a 6900XT Wednesday but most likely it's another two or more months of 3080 queue life.

Looks like its still on track of the base estimates, 3080 FTW3 Ultra was supposed to reach Day 2 by Dec 5th

You are talking about the estimates from the spreadsheets?  Those change each day...based on the queue updates...so a prediction from yesterday about today/tomorrow...not so impressive (in my opinion).  Had the spreadsheet made that prediction on October 6...that would have been impressive.

Yes sir, that's exactly what I am Talking about, I have not seen the spreadsheet since early OCT but it looks as I remember it, 9/18 - first week December

My place in line is 9/23 10:32am and it should be about Jan 3, I was hoping that would get moved up a week with people getting out of line but it looks more and more like its going to stay true. about 60 cards a week with +/-...

Fair enough. I salute your resilience and constitution in not regularly tracking progress of the queues; most impressive.

Micro Center’s policy doesn’t allow for online purchases and in-store pickups. You got to the store too late. Lines were likely formed by 5 am.

As of 9:00 pm PT Friday night, this is where the North American queues stand (bolded font represents movement from Friday morning’s summary; italicized parentheticals calculate the length of the movement).

Card                                 SKU                      Auto-Notify Date/Time

   3080 FTW3 Ultra               3897                     09/18/2020 00:44:00    (00:39:02)
 3080 XC3 Ultra                 3885                     09/18/2020 06:02:03    (02:22:03)
     3070 FTW3 Ultra               3767                     10/29/2020 06:01:27
   3070 XC3 Ultra                 3755                     10/29/2020 06:26:00    (00:03:54)
 3060 Ti FTW3 Ultra           3667                     12/01/2020 06:51:30

So at this rate, I'm going to be able to buy a 3080 FTW3 from EVGA in March because I auto notify at the end of November.
Gotcha.

Tbh at this rate, I don't even want the card. I just wanted it for Cyberpunk 2077 but it looks like I'm going to play it with ray tracing off. Pretty sad that I can't give my $800 USD to NVIDIA/EVGA.
I'll wait for the eventual 3080Ti/Super and whatever AMD Radeon has to offer in 2021 Q2.

My estimate would be the end of April at the very earliest, realistically May.

At this point I won't even complain as long as I see Black moving more than 30 min a week. Crazy that a 9/17 9am notification at this rate is looking like 10 more weeks if its 30min a week. So what is that a total of 21 weeks waiting as being pretty early on the list?

If I'm reading this thread right, I have a 9/18 10:20 AM PT auto-notify for . Does that mean I'm still looking at a month of wait? That's amazing.

The queue moving 30 minutes each week seems reasonable. December has three holidays, the last week of the month is gone. I have a three weel wait ahead of me.
