SO I was a dumbass, and bought 2 EVGA Hydro kits from Amazon for the sale price up there right now not realizing I needed the stock cooler as well.  I have the ACX 2.0+ cooler on the card now, but I believe the boards are reference.  IS there a place where I can buy just the reference cooler?  I cannot seem to find it online not sure if EVGA will let me purchase it either directly?

Unfortunately we do not sell the cooler directly; you would need to purchase one from a third-party site.

DO you know of any 3rd party sites? I am having a hard time finding one.

You could sell your acx card and then purchase a reference Nvidia card.

    EVGA X79 Dark
    2080 Black edition
    980
    EVGA 1000 gold PSU (Gold)
    4820K CPU

I am pretty sure I would lose a chunk of change in that process.

Do you just need the blower fan? Or the actual shroud?
If you need the fan, Corsair sells their AIO watercooler bracket for 980tis that come with the blower fan. You could just use that one. It's about 40 bucks, and you'd have an extra bracket if anything.

No. That won't work. That is a shroud that requires the reference cooler. The shroud is just a hull with nothing.
