So this driver has been an enigma to me. At first it looked like the flickering in wow had gotten at least a little better, then it got worse to the point where it was just about as bad as it was originally, and now I'm having my whole screen go black for something like .5-2 seconds at random times in that game.
They actually made the wow problem worse, at least for my setup.
That's so weird. I have to wonder if it's a 30 series issue then. I spent 2.5 hours raiding last night with my pre-flicker driver settings, while streaming, and had zero issues both inside and outside of the raid instance. I'll definitely be keeping a closer eye on things though now.

no issues here for my 3090. I've been hammering my G2/VR quite a bit as well. My 4K TV (monitor) has had no flickering of any sort since installing yesterday morning.

I reverted back to my previous driver (466.77) after screen blanking issues with the new driver on an 3080 TI FTW3 Ultra. Every few seconds the monitor would disconnect and reconnect while sitting at the desktop. Didn't get to try any games. I did an initial clean installation of 471.11 and repeated it without luck. No issues with the previous version.
The monitor has had a troublesome past, Samsung G7 32", but after installing the 1009.3 firmware last year I've had no issues with them on any of the machines I have. I only tried to upgrade the 1 machine, after the blanking issues I might wait until the next version before upgrading the rest. They have the same monitors but different video cards (1080ti and 2060).

I was able to stream using xsplit last night for half an hour with no frame drops on my 3070 ti ftw3 (08G-P5-3797-KL). So this update was better than the previous for me at least.

I had exactly the same problem (although only while playing certain games) and then a BSOD that read "kernel mode heap corruption", which is almost always caused by a bad graphics driver, on an LG CX48 monitor, so it's not just your monitor. I had high hopes for this driver but had to revert to 466.77,too. Been hoping a new one will be released soon.

I upgraded to Windows 11 and the drivers are working fine on a 3070 ti ftw3. Tested a few games: Cyberpunk 2077, Star Wars Rogue Squadrons, L4D2.

This driver just gave me a "kernal mode heap corruption" blue screen of death...
Reverted to 466.77.
Started having artifacts and game crashes with this but unsure if this is the main cause.
