IMPORTANT:  As @HeavyHemi says below.  Nvidia does have them listed https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/186092/en-us for the 3050.  There are the same as 511.23 except for the 3050 addition.

    These drivers only support the GTX 3050 desktop model.  They will not install without modifying the inf file. 
    This is why they are not listed on Nvidia's site. So be forewarned: they will not work on any current system without modification.
     
    Oops. Minor correction, you can find them on the Nvidia site but only if you specifically select the 3050 model. Frankly I don't know why they would do this instead of just adding the new card info to the old driver. There's no change to the driver except to add support for this GPU.

    Nvidia could have just released the driver as 511.24.
