So, i've reasently noticed my GPU (EVGA Geforce GTX 1070 Black Gaming 3.0) seem to be running a bit hot.
It goes up to 70C when playing Apex.
So I changed the Fan Speed in Precision but when I closed the program it just went back to the default settings?
My fan is at about 70% and it sounds like a jet enginge but it still goes up too almost 70C.
What is the safe GPU Temp and is there any Presets I can download to get my GPU at a lower temperature?
Thanks.

Welcome to the Forum
PXOC
After you make your settings Select a Profile Number Right Click then Left Click you will see the Color Change.
Then Click Settings and Click Load with OS, Load Last Settings and then Click Save and even create a new Profile.
Restart you computer your and see if your Settings Load now.
You know you have a Profile loaded when it changes colors.
Sometimes you just have to play around with it.
Set your Fan and make sure you Click the OK Button.
For the Fan Profile to work you must run PXOC and if you exit PXOC the Fan Profile will stop working.

Set Your OC and Click Apply after you change and item then Save then change the Next Item then Apply then Save

Changes Color (Number 9) Right Click on Number 9

Then Left Click on Number 9 it will be a green color
Set the Setting You Must Click the OK Button on EACH Tab.

As shown in the image above Number 6 has no profile settings saved to it.

In case
PX1
Exit PX1 wait 1 minute and start PX1 back and does it load them then?
When you make a Change ANY Change you must click Apply and then Save.

X OC

Did you save the settings to a Profile ?

For a Custom Fan Curve X OC must be running

Set the Fans to a Static Speed -- such as the 70% you mention, then close X OC if that is what you want

You need to get the Heat out of the Case = airflow from case fans.

Tell us about your Case fan setup

Okey.
So I constantly need to have the program running and select the chosen number for the preset to work?
Is there anything else I can do so I don't have to start the program and chose the right number?

Set your Case fans to 100% or whatever the max sound you can live with

Do Not - control case fans based on CPU temp your AIO will keep CPU on the cool side
