Just a quick, disappointing, FYI: the Associate’s Code discount for graphics cards sold on the EVGA.com website has been reduced from 5% down to 3% for 2021. 
 
There was no announcement of this per se, but Jacob tweeted about it today.  I don't have an explanation for why the discount was made but I am hopeful that it was done in lieu of a general gpu price increase (resulting from tariff waiver expirations or other reasons)...but that will remain to be seen.  Please factor in the reduced discount if you were planning to use an Associate’s Code for your purchase (as an aside, Associates themselves cannot use the codes so nothing has changed for you if you are an Associate).  
 
Per an earlier tweet this week, we may see a KPE drop to our queue next week.  Have a great weekend and best of luck next week!

Let's just hope the drop that might/should come next week doesn't include the price hikes that are being seen on sites like Newegg, where the 3090 FTW3 Ultra has went from $1809 to $1939, and yes, that's directly from Newegg.
 
That would translate to a price of $2139 if they raise the Kingpin b y the same margin/%.
 
Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst - the theme of 2020 & 2021 apparently.

At this point I'm hoping the HC version comes up on notify before my number gets called for the AIO version. I'm tempted to pass on the AIO now that HC is on the horizon (however distant that may be...)

The first release sold 65 cards according to the list but there then more as not everyone has joined the list or did it late which why i been bumped down the list constantly but if it looking like i will bumped to release 3 so hope to get by my birthday at end of march

Actually, the first tranche we tracked had 118 folks on the self-reported queue (see the other tab at the bottom of the Google Sheet doc).  From the second tranche, EVGA has already distributed invite to purchase emails to 65 registrants.  I speculate that, at best, the self-reported queue is between 33% and 50% of the total registrants.  Again, total speculation.

if the price mark goes up by $100 I will still buy it anything more than that I will be upset

I'm sure he's a bit busy to do such a thing, but it'd be really cool if eVGA got Vince to make a video on the what settings control what on the Kingpin & what should be possible on the 520W BIOS etc. in terms of clocks.
 
As long as I can run what I have in mind as 24/7 settings, I'll be slap-happy, anything over 2100MHz with an undervolt will be nice, and from what I've seen pretty much all Kingpin cards will hit ~2200MHz actual boost clock or so while still on the AIO cooler, with some tweaks (not using the 1000W BIOS).

What poke my curiosity when looking at one of the pictures of the card,  on the back of the card they're 8 dipswitches,  I was curious to know what are they're for.

Maybe they're not meant to be meddle with, but it make my fingers twitching to play with though hehehe

There's videos on YouTube explaining what those do, can't remember what channel had the one I found.  They're switches that enable higher voltage limits on the card, and probably some other things as well.  It's not a huge difference, but there is a difference between them being in one position vs another.  Two sets are for core, two of them are for vRAM, I think, can't remember off the top of my head.
