I don't want to sound negative, but he said 3080 and 3090 next week, he never said witch brand though. That doesn't mean that the Kingpin will be among them.  But I hope so though

To anyone who can afford a $2000 GPU, a $50-$100 increase isn't going to affect them at all. If a $50-$100 price increase affects you, then you probably shouldn't be buying a $2k video card in the first place.
This is a luxury item that no one "needs."
I doubt it will make a big difference to the queue and it'll just make the scalpers cards go up in price as well so the "cost gap" will be the same.

Nvidia stopped the promo it looks like. I never even saw an option to get a code from EVGA now that I think about it.
