What is non elite pricing?
You can only buy the card by being an elite member so non elite pricing means you can’t buy it

I don’t think it’s illegal per se, but it damn sure is infuriating. 🤬 One of the listings was $3999!! What a bargain; guy sells a card and makes enough to buy himself a card at no cost 🙄. Quite a profit!

thanks! I will use your code on checkout. I really want the KPE hydro copper but I think I'm just going to go with the hybrid and wait for an aftermarket block (or leave as-is because who knows when the KPE hydro coppers will begin to be available).

I'm pretty disappointed to see so many KP 3090 cards for resale at extraordinary prices on ebay. But I guess it's the same for all new gpu's. I was just hoping and thinking that people who appreciate KP edition cards were not so greedy and would actually use their new cards to push the limits of technology.

There is no way EVGA can do a thing against those reseler sadly. But if we can pressure the government to rules against them at some point. The money they make are straight into their pockets. No taxes, no income taxe from their gains. Therefore, they should have to be considered as a self-employed individual and they have to abide and respect international commercials laws too. The line is very thin between someone greedy with new stuff and kind of fiding a way of hacking website to grab stuff before everyone else and some one who tried the card and want something else after and try to sell it high since everyone wants one.
It should be illegale to sellback something at higher price than the manufacturer ask for if it still brand new.
As the time pass by they're getting better organized at getting stuff and selling it, they are a plague to those honest buyers and to the companies too.
There are legit reseller like Bestbuy, Newegg, or any small comuter stores just to name some. it's normal that they take a cut on the sales they makes, but they apply all commercial rules to respect the laws.
We can speak endlessly about how to deal with those criminals, but the gouvernment will have to make a move one day, before it's too late.

What make me buy this Kingpin card, is what Enewt did, an un-official queue list, I've found it, a kind of honest thinking and above all, the only one per buyer too, ok it's bad for those who would had the money to buy a second one to put them in SLI or for a friend. And the card is really looking cool too. And at the end when I'll play with my first bunch of games with it, and almost everything will play smoothly in 4K it will make me forget that awful year of 2020 when I get my card in 2021.
I hope you will all enjoy your card as I will enjoy mine.
