I somehow managed 9:00:06. I don't know if I can even use this card. My PSU is 650w, my CPU is an R5 3600. I was hoping to snag a 3070 sometime this millennium, but I'm getting a little desperate. 5/6/2021 9:00:06 AM PT

yes, what you saw was a cached page. the downside of using the direct notify link. you need to visit the link fresh to get the submit button if you previously tried to submit it just F5 wouldn't do it bc cache
