Do I have to wait a period of time before the option becomes available? I purchased it 6 days ago it came today and I registered it immediately, uploaded the invoice even though it came from this site. Just wondering why step up is not allowed. Thanks Chris

Might have to wait for the servers to update - before registering for Step-Up if you just entered data? IF - you purchased from EVGA or an Authorized Retailer & your product has a 3 year warranty & you are the original owner ... it should work If the above terms are met .... contact EVGA CS for help

Actually if you're still around I am now getting this:  Went through the step up, first time I clicked the last button it said the step up had timed out (it took me like 2 minutes to do so not sure why), and each subsequent try I get the above message. Thanks for any help! Chris
