DEJ915 Waiting on memory here more than anything.
Same. I took to long to research who makes good ram now days, that it sold out everywhere. I did get my 12700k shipped out to me though.
What RAM are you guys planning on throwing on your boards?
Since I'll be waiting on the Dark, will wait for the G.Skill Trident

that's a nice kit. not a fan of the royal look, but the memory is a good performer. I prefer the Neos, good performers and a less harsh look.

I think Royals are the best looking RGB kit on the market. I also picked the elite series. Ddr5 would have been cool but honestly wont perform as good as these.

Me too! I think I'm gonna go with EVGA for the board to pair with the I7 12th gen. Picked up a EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P6, I have a EVGA 3090 hybrid. Using the ddr4 ram I have. Just need a motherboard and EVGA to release a bracket for their CLC 360!.

Remember that E-ATX is not a standard. There are no dimensions bound to it. An “ATX” case might even be able to support this board if it has the room for the board. Best to wait till dimensions are released.

ilukeberry WE NEED ETA ON THE MOBOS!!!! I need to upgrade from 9900K to 12900K!
Late this year is what I heard. Considering supply constraints, I would not be surprised if that ends up into early 2022 though.
@EVGA_JacobF gave me this response on Twitter. ETA is Dec.

Might want to put new DDR5 memory on that list too. The announced EVGA Z690 boards don't support DDR4.

I just asked Jacob yesterday about the width of these two boards. My case is the Phanteks P600S and it will support up to 280mm. Jacob said these boards are 276.6mm wide. So just make sure the case you choose will support more than that.

I have a 12700k, 32gb of the corsair vengeance 5200 ddr5 i managed to snag, and (for now) the rog strix z690-F to hold me over. Stuffing it all in a bequiet! Dark Base 700 with a front-mounted AIO cooler, which should still have plenty of room if I'm able to score a classy. Like others, I just can't wait when there are no guarantees on A) release timing or B) me being able to buy a board.

I have EVGA's DG case which says it only supports an ATX case, but I just might be able to squeeze in 276.6mm.

also probably this is for the US... in Europe it's getting harder and harder to get eVGA products... got lucky at the time with the Z390 Dark but I might never get the same luck again...

I sure hope they won't just drag it around for months before releasing, because I'm in for buying Mobo+CPU+RAM+AIO soon, but I'm not too rushed since I can't find good DDR5 kit yet, so I can wait some time but not too much ... BTW even tough I want white Motherboard the classified is the best looking one out there, I would buy right away if it's out at the time of purchase.
