How long do we think the queue for step-up will be relative to the notify sign-ups from this morning? 

Do you already see the 3080ti in the step-up? I don't have it in there yet (I am in EU)
I guess the step up queue should be smaller, but not sure how many cards go to the step up program and how many are sold in the store.

Yes, there is one option for me, however, I am in the US

I strongly suggest that EVGA DO NOT allow new (since this week) elite members to be able to get in the line for 3070 ti. Otherwise, we will have exact same problem next week and it will be worse due to all the new elite member that is going to sign up for next 7 days.

Simple question that deserves an honest answer from EVGA.  Where is the auto notify button for this card?  I see the notify for the non XC3 card...but is there any reason why if the card is in or out of stock to not have the notify option?

Thinks that's eVGA auto-notifying us that those are essentially sold out for the time being...doesn't do anyone much good to wait for 6-9 months for a card either.

We had a very limited supply of this part number for today, so we limited the number of people who could queue for it.  When we have more stock available for purchase, we will add the auto-notify button again.

Guess I'll be waiting for the RTX 4000 at this rate then since I'm one of those who got really unlucky and could not get the auto-notify form to work.

I was able to register for notify on the FTW3 Ultra Gaming at 7:28 PT.
 
Sounds like that's fairly early?

I am constantly refreshing but nothing yet here in EU.
If any of the EVGA guys could say when it is available in the step up in the EU - that would be very much appreciated!

After seeing the initial reviews of the 3080Ti, I have to wonder who is actually going to buy these other than scalpers?
 
I mean I get it, easy $750-1000 in profit just by flipping it on eBay, that's pretty tempting. But for gamers, the performance increase is so small over the 3080, what justifies $500 more?
 
Maybe people that are way back in the queue for 3080's just trying to get ANY card at all and are willing to pay that much? I guess maybe I'm looking at it differently since I'm only a few hours away in the 3080 FTW3 Ultra queue. Just doesn't make sense to me after seeing reviews.

Lol, bad logic is bad. The 3080 queue is so backed up that if you aren't on launch day for it for the queue then you're still screwed essentially. I have a better chance getting this 3080Ti than getting my 3080 (4 months now I think at least). It's more expensive sure, but I actually have a change of GETTING 1 this year.

I think it's good that EVGA offers this service at all and that I got on the waiting list relatively quickly. For the waiting time I still have my EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 Ultra. If it takes 6 months now, I can live with it.

 I would be quite happy with a 3080.... I been trying since last year to get one. :(
