How did someone who followed the rules, did what they were supposed to "defrauding" the system? Just admit, you are jealous. Its ok to admit it.
Whether you call it "defrauding" or "scamming" or "bull****ting", it all amounts to the same thing. EVGA did a completely stupid thing by allowing people to post SPAM in a forum and thereby giving those people the exact same status as people who have spent thousands of dollars on EVGA products over the years. If you don't see the distinction between the two, then you're not mentally equipped to be participating in this discussion.

I manage to see the add to cart button dor that one 7 minutes before the Oficial time but just broke. Well, these are exceptional and crazy times but this could have been gone much better for everyone, potential clients and EVGA themselves

Nice queue and loyalty system.. After having an evga 580, evga 680, evga 780, evga 1080, evga 2080 and being an EVGA Elite Member you still aren't 'allowed' to buy any 3000 serie products, let alone the unobtanium that is the XC line up. Luckily all queues from last year are send out already /s
I think they just stopped making the 3080s and focused on the 3080tis. Wanted to sell the chips for higher prices.

Disappointing launch. I couldn't even get in the website to auto notify the XC3 line. I really don't expect any future launches to be any better. I guess I will get mine from Newegg months from now when I get lucky somehow....

Been a member of this community for 11 years. Would be nice if EVGA did more for long term customers that actually want to use cards for what they were designed for. You need to revaluate your system EVGA.

It's easy to hate when things don't go your way but I am still very thankful to EVGA as they actually give a dame about their customers.
EVGA is the only source I was able to get 3080 at MSRP. The problem is I stupidly sold it for MSRP because I didn't need it right away...LOL.

Wow. Was all set and already logged in at launch time. Was immediately logged out at launch. Spent the next two hours trying to load the login page. Spent another hour trying to get to the 3080 Ti page. Wow. EVGA this is really dumb. When will notifications go out? How many thousands of "elite members" does it take to crash a website? How many of them got their status by unregulated meaningless spam posts like the ones in this thread?

this is how far i got, tried to get to shopping basket then crash.. after several minutes my basket was empty , another half an hour and "add to card" option was gone :( unlucky
