tsunami231 wonder if i can get lucky and get 3070ti with the elite member ship Wonder if my 20% coupon would be eligbe for the new cards
Yes, it is. Grats on the 20%, I got the 40% coupon haha 😁
dang consider me jealous I don't recall getting to spin any discount wheel but I've been an elite member since back in 2017 so it's possible I've just forgotten about it
I accidentally clicked the wheel and got 5%. Better than nothing but seeing the 40% off folks gets me a little envious lol.
What is this wheel thing you're talking about? I'd love a discount lol. Other than just enewt's. He's not even going to have to spend money for a card when his time finally comes from all the kickbacks he's getting lol, good for him though, he's big a help to a lot of people.

Wouldnt that be completely subjective to how many cards they actually have to sell at the time? If they only have 5 cards (God i hope not) and there are 2000 elites that queue up instantly and you are 1500 in that line.... GGs my friend you might get one in a few months
3967-KR 7:44:05am PT YES! Current Build: 9900k, Aorus Master z390, Asus ROG Strix 2080ti OC, 32gb 3200 Corsair Vengeance Pro, Corsair H150i cooler, 970 Evo Plus 1tb NVME, 970 Pro 500gb, 870 QVE 1tb

3080Ti Such a waste at MSRP $1199. 3090 offers more performance and +8Gb of GDDR6X. 3080 is still a way to go for gamers.

Sazabi19 Really wish we could get some benchmarks on these, even just the FE or base models. The 3rd party will be a bit different but that's fine, I wanna see what the difference is stock. I'm only running 2K 144hz but want to do 2k ultra wide 165+ and the regular 3070 starts to get bottlenecked at that res. I have a 1080Ti right now and want to make this upgrade worthwhile. I've already got over $3k out for a vacation next year so I'm debating REALLY hard if I want to plunk down $600-$1200+ for a new card... Hmm.... I've been in the 3080 Hybrid queue for some time, I think everyone know how that's been going so far. Luckily enough I'm Elite from past purchases alone :) My first purchase was a Geforce 6800 GT, loved that card. APG 8x with a whole 256Mb vram! lol Now we complain because 10 gigs isn't enough (I know 256 and AGP were huge advances at those times ;)).
yea it really sucks we don't get reviews before launch

I would say yes . Can't say 100% but it would be pretty bad if some how it could not run on pcie 3

It is predictable, and highly likely performance is slightly under RTX3090.

This is exactly what I was thinking. 1.2k for founders is a steep price! Wondering how much will the EVGA lineup GPUs cost, I'm assuming the FTW3 has to be the same, right? It can't be 1.3-1.4k...Psh!

Considering the current ftw3 models are about $1-200 more than founders edition MSRP, it's perfectly reasonable to expect the 3080 ti ftw3 to be at least $1350

GTX1060 is your ticket to sit and wait until the crisis is over)) Also AMD announced FidelityFX Super Resolution support fo GTX10 series cards, so you can squeeze some more life out your 1060. But of course if you'll get an opportunity to buy one of those new cards at close to msrp, go ahead;)

I definitely could see that happening, and ASUS, Gigabyte, and MSI will probably be in the $1500-1600 range. At this point, I fee like I made a galaxy brain play by picking up an FE 3090 in October. Even though back then I really only wanted an FE 3080
