Where do you usually wait for the product page to become available? Right now the only place where I see the 3070Ti are on Coming Soon in the News post about the 3080ti/3070ti.

General availability for GeForce RTX 3070 Ti begins June 10th. For the US/EU EVGA.com stores, EVGA Elite members will have 24hr exclusive access beginning June 10 at 6AM PDT / 3PM CEST to sign up for an EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti via the auto-notify queue on their respective EVGA.com store. Non-Elite members may begin to enter the auto-notify queue June 11 at approximately 6AM PDT / 3PM CEST on their respective EVGA.com store. That's what it says on the main post, no changes to 9AM from what I can tell. It was only a temporary thing for the 3080 ti because of the insane traffic and site problems. So I would say that it's better to hedge your bets and be ready at 6AM than come 3 hours late.

I apologize for the ignorance but can someone please link me to the que for 3080TI? I can't find it.
You have to go the the 3080 Ti product pages, click the auto notify button and fill out the form. Although this late in the game you may never be notified. You best bet if not Elite is to signup to the 3070 Ti tomorrow following the same instructions but with the 3070 Ti product pages when they become live at 6am PDT on the 11th.

Thank you GingerPopper. As we're both from Bulgaria, have you previously ordered from the EU EVGA site and have you encountered any issues in the process? I confirmed Import Taxes to be 0% on GPUs thankfully though.

I don't think EVGA made it clear anywhere. I'm just have a bunch of sites up and i'm going to start clicking. My card has been acting up so I need a replacement also. I think this gpu shortage is crazy. Wish it was back to the good old days where you could walk in a store and have what you need.

The XC3 is $599 the FTW3 is $799 according to Newegg Shuffle. Now, if you got the 3080Ti FTW3 on launch day you got it for 1339 from EVGA, so there might be a small discount on the FTW3 version for those lucky enough to get it while its in stock, but no way to know for sure. The FTW3 overlaps the MSRP of the 3080 and no matter how good the PCB, you are not going to get to 3080 levels with this thing, so I would keep that in mind. As just about everyone has said, the 3070 Ti just doesn't make much sense... unless of course you really need a GPU and its best option you can get at MSRP.

Well, and it seems to be launching at the same MSRP for the EVGA as the 3070 XC3 (which I'm wondering if the 3070 is discontinued), so there is that. If the 3070 is not discontinued then I look for EVGA to raise the 3070 Ti XC3 MSRP in the next few weeks. Or just not make many of them, which the XC3 version seem to be rare for any of these cards.
