Got the error 17 message after I clicked submit on the FTW but it shows up under my auto notifies 9:41. I had been able to click the auto notify on the XC3 at like 9:03, but it crashed before I could enter my info. Maybe some of the people that were in the queue for the previous models get one of these and frees up some of the incoming product that I've been on notify for months...

Holy balls, I have been trying to get in this entire time since 9 AM EST and I get this just now:
 
"You have already entered for a notify on the following date/time: 6/10/2021 6:02:56 AM."
 
Checked my email, and lo and behold, there it is. Yesssss, at least I'll hopefully have something for a 3000 series card (maybe?)...

What is really inexcusable to me is the entire XC3 joke. 
 
First they bait you with "Elite only" and you know that there will be a XC3 and a FTW3. You try for the MSRP priced XC3, but no auto-notify button so you go for the FTW3 at $799 and get in. This is classic bait and switch.
 
And while I know they are impossible to get but just think about this for a moment. The 3080 XC3 Black is $799, XC3 Gaming $829, Heck even the 3080 FTW3 Gaming is $869. All of them are going to be much faster cards than the 3070Ti FTW3. 
 
TL;DR 3070Ti FTW3 is a complete and utter cash grab bait and switch. 

And again no auto notify button for the XC3 model (same as with the 3080 Ti last week). Please change this @EVGA.

I finally got in for the FTW3.. I though all my errors did not go through.. i been clicking like crazy then when i got it it told me i was already on the list... i went back and and checked i got notification at 6:08! here i was clicking and clicking... 
 
also check your notify list from time to time maybe one of the request went through.. Good Luck !!!
 

Finally got in the queue for the FTW3 after 41 min sigh

Short answer is, not really. When the GPU market improves and they need a lower priced option, you may see them make more XC3 cards, but for now, they likely produced some small quantity of them just to have an MSRP version available. I see that Newegg had some of the XC3 cards in their shuffle. Bottom line is that the FTW3 cards are more profitable and with current market, they're not going to waste 3070Ti GPUs on XC3 versions that don't make them nearly as much money. 
 
The really cruel thing here is that the mark up for FTW3 is the same for the 3080Ti, that is $200. So its a 17% mark up for the 3080 Ti but a whopping 34% markup for the 3070 Ti. So that is not even scaled. Which tells me they are probably making similar $ profits off of both of these cards and the profit margin then is actually quite a bit higher on the 3070 Ti than on the 3080 Ti. Still, EVGA is not as unreasonable as other board partners. Zotac's prices are craxy high, they want $899 for the 3070 Ti AMP Holo and a ridiculous $1799 for the 3080 Ti AMP Holo and the FTW3 cards are far superior. 

Still haven't seen a single timestamp for an XC3?

When your auto notify window pops up and cancels with the death face. You can copy and paste the address from the autonotify window into the address bar and manual refresh that opposed to the product itself. Worked for me and I got in the queue. It should be something like "/products/autonotify.aspx?pn=08G-P5-3797-KL&CsrfToken=e2035870-a974-4a6b-b066-6b2cfdb2df37" After you get this you paste it after "https://www.evga.com" So the whole address would be "https://www.evga.com/products/autonotify.aspx?pn=08G-P5-3797-KL&CsrfToken=e2035870-a974-4a6b-b066-6b2cfdb2df37"

I assume a different persons address will be different. I just tried it again a little bit ago and got the auto notify window to pop up. I got in first at 06:17

6:46AM for the 3070 TI FTW3.  Judging by my prior experiences, this does not bode well for anyone near my time slot.  
 
I don't want to B&C too much, but the Elite via forum posts was a bad idea.  It's not going to significantly alter forum engagement long term, other then to make older member pissed off enough that some of them leave.  
 
Good luck to everyone.  This gen is truly the worst gen of cards from an "everything but the fps" perspective.
