just want to throw this out there, if it hasn't been posted yet, I received an 30% off code though the elite spin to win contest. I've been thinking about that. But what if Nvidia is only focusing on making chips for the 3080 Ti and 3070 Ti from here on out? I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I've noticed sellers on Letgo decreasing the already ridiculously high prices for the 3080. They are still above the 3080Ti MSRP though.

Let them have it, I will never buy it from scalpers. The last option for me would be buy prebuilt and keep GPU and sell off the rest of the parts as my current set up is beefy but lacking GPU ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

so for just extra 2GB the cost goes like 200$ for the 3080ti? that's not a worthy bargain. simply because you will not get 20% up in performance.
For a gamer, the 3080ti is a 'better' buy over the over RAMMED/Price of a 3090... Also, original the MSRP, 699~749 = 3080 (non special variants) MSRP, 1199 = 3080ti (non special variants) -- More like... 500+ more dollas. It's super overpriced, lol.

This is my only chance at getting a 3080Ti. I was thinking of going Bestbuy, but that's a no go. A friend of mine sent a photo of at least 10 people already waiting to get a voucher. :/
At least you can go to the store, in Canada BB there is even no link for 3080ti yet
try being in Ireland... where there are no in-person stores and every online alternative is abroad... and even worse for the nvidia website we are lumped into the UK, which because of brexit if I ordered from there would not only have to pay in sterling (so conversion prices), I would likely have to pay import fees...

While I don't qualify for the Elite access due to my 980ti not counting, I really hope EVGA is keeping the 1 per household restriction. That way more people will potentially have the opportunity to get a card. Excited to possibly get my hands on a card and finally be able to complete my build that I started a year and a half ago though, especially since I don't work on the 4th.

I read on a discord that I'm part of that tomorrow at the time of launch you can't have more than one tab or navigator connected to EVGA website or your IP address gets banned. Anyone has more information about that?
