I received a 3060 in august 2021. I'm wondering if the 3050 is like the 2060 I purchased in 2020. Anyway, I signed up for a lot of the cards and then received an email to make a choice for certain cards. I have heard nothing. I would be happy to get a 2070. I use a 1070 FTW2 in my main pc. Believe it or not I prefer over the 3060. I build PCs for my family and would like to get something new instead of the auctions on eBay. I purchased 3 1660's from Newegg around September 2020 and at a very good price. I wish I could have seen into the future.

The 3050 is basically a 1660Ti except with the added benefit of DLSS.  Which can be quite the boost in supported games.  You also technically get ray-tracing but using the card's limited capabilities on that probably isn't the best idea (though, again, with DLSS it gets better).  For raw non-DLSS performance, the 2060 will outclass it by 10-15% or so.

Got a Xbox X just for FSX and gamepass.
Just got a 3050 so will finally get to try it out on my new i5-12600K rig which was using just integrated GPU and FSX barely ran on it

Interesting. I changed my queue from xc gaming to black. Hopeful that they actually have some merchandise. It just came available today right?

I did the same thing. If I'm gonna wait months I might as well get the cheaper one. Also saw the 2060's are back up so I'm going for auto-notify on one of those as well. 

Keep in mind the 2000 series are not using a queue system the notification email is not a guarantee to purchase the card.

3050 Black was the card I wanted on launch day, but they never opened the queue, so I was an hour late in queuing up at all, and the reason I'm still sitting with my thumb up my... oh I can't say that here? Oh I'm sorry, I've watched too much television...
