Iirc Jacob ran a 10900k (or 10700k) OC (might be wrong about that) and a 3080 on a 650w PSU. Not that he would recommend it but yeah a good PSU can go a long way. I have a Corsair RMx (or RMi can't remember, the one that has iCue support) so i'm not too worried about running a daisy chain. Might try to do a bit of undervolting, someone managed to get 70w less and almost no hit in performance so might be worth a try.

Yeah I'm gonna undervolt mine as well. I'll lose a few fps to get a quiet cooler card.

For the same card.

My PSU has two 6+2pin that ill plug into the card and two 6pin, what about turning those two 6pin with an adapter (two 6pin female adapter to one 8 pin male)

My PSU is XFX P1850SNLB9

That's a old PSU, best to replace it a new higher quality unit.

You think it could damage the card?

Possible, should have been replaced years ago...

If you buy a good high quality 750W or 850W PSU you won't have that problem.

So happy I way over bought when I built my rig around a 1080ti three years ago.
I have an EVGA Supernova  1000w P2 80+ Platinum with 6 x 8 pin outputs.

Does anybody know if there will be an option to run the 308RTX cards in SLI?
