I haven't been able to log in with Firefox or Edfe. I can put my login info in but when I hit submit...nothing happens. Emailed Web support and waiting on a response. Looks like phone is it for now

    The problem is on my desktop and laptop. DT is Windows 11 and laptop Windows 10.

    When I move the mouse cursor over the login button
    ..it lights up. When I click to login nothing happens

    I have not had problems until this morning....odd. Did Windows updates on Tuesday...everything was fine

    Tried safe mode with networking...nlogin button doesn't respond

    I am in on desktop now...but only through my AV browser.  I logged in now...but once I clear my cookies, etc...it may not function again.  Will keep posted

    Works with the browser by my AV software. Odd thing...I don't get a code texted to me...have to get secondary email.

    Do you have adblocker extension on firefox? That might be blocking the captcha. Try turning off adblocker (if you have it).
