Help Nvidia GTX 780ti black screen when installing the drivers

help, I have a gtx 780ti of Nvidia, the problem is the following when installing the video drivers all right until I restart the pc and when it enters the windows the screen turns black and the fans of the GPU turn 100%, I have I tried to update the BIOS and nothing, I do not know what else to do, if someone can give me an answer to my question please.

    Have you tried booting into Windows safe mode?  If so, did it work (e.g. you can see the screen, running on generic video driver)?
     
    Also, have you tried booting to your Windows recovery drive and restoring to the previous Windows restore point (to basically "undo" the driver install you just did)?

    What is the make/model/age of your psu? Try testing the card in another pci-e slot & using a different set of pci-e power cables to power the card.
