I would say it's time for you to escalate this to a claim.

Did that this morning

Good move.

You got your parts in the mail today? That is good news.
This is why I like going to the local store and walk out with what I bought.
But I have learned if you buy on line. I give it 7 to 10 days before I worry.
If I need it right away buy local in person.

I tried local and I found 2 people but neither responded back to my emails
Even ebay wasn't any help

Wish the guy had cleaned them before sending them off
Had some red sticky stuff in them

Thanks, but now I'm concerned about something that I found out about the pumps
This is the 2 pumps I have >LINK< and this is the one I replaced >LINK<
The XSPC pumps are only 200 lph while the EK is 400 lph

Should I just remove the XSPC pumps and put the EK pump back, add the EK pump to the loop with the XSPC pumps, or am I'm good with just the XSPC pumps?

I'm running 3 blocks and 2 360mm rads

I think that depends on how your temps are with them. If the temps are fine, why mess with them. Are they noisy?

I was thinking you were getting this Reservoir with pumps in them.

I have a bunch of water cooling parts I need to put for sale on here, think I'll get them out this weekend and post them, if I feel up to it lol. Funny because I have two of those Reservoir I linked with pumps in them to sell. That's why I thought you got such a great price on them.

So how are they working for you? Are they noisy?

Noisy, No not at all.
My temps seem to be a couple degrees higher then it was with my EK pump, but I think that's more to do with the circulation I have it at now. Went from GPUs 1st to CPU last, to CPU first and GPUs last with rad coming from the CPU in a exhaust position

Glad you got your parts ! I only try to deal with Stores on ebay,Also with money back . 1 time I bought with paypal with private person worked out good. 1 time I bought off ebay and part wasn't correct in description. Filed a claim and got money back seller was (Hot) due to parts for repair or not working. Only  due to his description of controller what parts did work they give me money back. He lied about parts that did work. I always try to work with seller to the point of them refusing to work with me. I just bought a fishing pole tru ebay . Add said Free Epidited Shipping when I got the pole I had to pay $4.11 for shipping. So I contacted seller and they gave me the runaround for 3 days till I sent them a picture of shipping label with postmans sig. on amount due showing I paid it . they then sent me a email stating they would refund my paypal account the $4.11 in 48 hrs . Amazing what a photograph will do !
