Gtx 780 and bf4 video sittings

Just want to find out kind of video settings you guys are using with one gtx780
And I have a 144hz monitor is it better to play the game at 120hz or 144hz

    I have 780s on SLI on a 144hz monitor and getting between 120-170 FPS in multiplayer at Ultra. Used to get 60-90 maybe on single card. I always leave monitor at 144hz.

    Leave it at 144mhz. I have my settings with HBAO and anti-aliasing off. I've never seen any worthwhile difference and having them turned on just slows things down. I'm happier with a more consistent frame rate than than glitz I won't notice until I'm redeploying.
