Looking for physical Dimensions for the Intel Core i7 Internal Heat Sink (IHS).

I got the data sheet here:
http://download.intel.com...or/datashts/320834.pdf

In section 3 is this data sheet, but they did such a crappy scan of it so I can't quite make out the dimensions, and my chip is buried under tons of foam & copper.

Looking for these dimensions specifically:

    How accurate do you need?  I'm looking at the pdf now, zoomed in by 300%, it looks like the outer flat dimensions of the IHS looks like about 39 x 36.5 milimeters (dimension labeled C1 and C2), with a 2.2mm (labeled C3 and C4) spacing for the raised top surface we put out TIM and HSF's on, so the top surface dimensions are about 34.6 x 32mm.

    Total height from the land grids to the IHS (labeled as F2) looks like 4.5mm, which makes sense as I've estimated about a 3/16" once myself (for me, I needed to total clearance for a cooler to wrap around the board. Yes I'm still working on it, can't report back anything of value yet).

    I just changed out the HSF a few days ago, it was a major pain putting a different one on, otherwise I'd take it apart right now to give you actual measurements.

    For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].

    .................min       max
    C1 =         38.9      39.1
    C3 =         2.2        2.3

    C2 =         36.4      36.6
    C4 =         2.2        2.3
    Those are you required dimensions  C1-(C3+C3)= your long dimension  C2-(C4+C4)= your short dimension

    Figure  2.2 page 13.  Its a much cleaner drawing

    Thanks gents.  I forgot about this post.  It was for my LN2 pot (see sig).  I just made the base 1.25 x 1.25"
