The O-Ring on the block shouldnt be a problem on Duniek's two piece pots (like the one I have) The top half is sealed with an O-Ring to the bottom half. They work for LN2\DICE, so im sure it will work for the water temps you will be running. It doesnt look like some super special very cold environment O Ring either.

My pot is a copper base and aluminum tube. They are screwed into each other, and it is just an O-ring sealing them. And like you said for yours, mine too looks like a normal O-ring.

for those who think it's bone dry under the eraser....i messed around and left the phase on when i left for a few hours..came back and condensation and frost on the eraser. and what looks to be rust if you ask me. this is why i do a break down after some serious benching...just to be safe.

Hey Q. My chiller liquid only gets to around 5°F when benching. (70°F room temp @ 30% humidity) in the loop is the CPU, and both GPU's. The temp will drop if I remove a video card, but thats where its sitting tonight.

Really wasn't worthy of a screen shot. So I didn't feel like going through all the trouble. I had my cell phone out. Just figured This is the first time I have benched quad SLI in MONTHS. Finally all my RMA's were back, everything was prepped and trying out a few new things. Not bad for a nights benching. I feel like I got a much better board this go around. Finally back up to 2:10 mem. Only 1645 more points to go right?

nateman_doo did someone say they needed a CPU block? Yepper! Well, this is what I'm going with. Had an eyeopener last night. Thanks John for the tip on running the liquid through the block first before firing it up! Way too much condensation. The pci-e connector froze up pretty good. Hopefully when current is going through it, some of the connection condensation won't happen....I think this should do it. I might run it on my 780i board first, just to be sure.

That block looks so much easier to insulate then mine. You can probably bundle both your lines in a single 1" pipe insulation. You are going to be unstoppable with that chip and those cards frozen. & what does 6021 mean?
