+1. I wish I had more hardware to bench though.. I also wish they would split up the C0s and D0s. Because I think mine could do some badass stuff on subzero cooling.

Actually, my health bit me. I'm a commerical vehical driver and each year I have to get a physical and obtain a health card which will allow me to drive another year. I'm a diabetic and when I took my physical my sugar level prevented me from passing. After seeing my dr. he feels it's time for me to be switched to insulin. That then killed my chances of driving a commercial vehical.
 
Filed for unemployment but ran into a problem and I'm now in the middle of an appeal. So as it stands right now, I have no money coming in and what monies I had saved up is running out. Been trying to sell some items but interest ahas been pretty thin.

Sorry to hear that. Get the Diabetes under conrtol is top priority. I am tempted to buy that, but my wife would go nuts. Best of luck finding a job.

 
There is also another major problem. Here where I live, unemployment is above national average. Being 56 and worked only one kind of work for over 20 years makes finding anything all most impossible.

If I leave it hooked up then you have no choice but to turn it on everytime you start your system on. If you don't start the vapochill then cpu no get cooled. Get to hot. Overheat. Crash. Burn up cpu. Cost much money. Money I no have.

I think that would be ok, Halo.  But if you then passed your cherry 920 around for others to use to get more points, that would be illegal.

Here are the rules from the HWbot site.  Joint bench sessions are explained (bold below).

4. Lending hardware, hardware sharing
This in a delicate subject as we have to trust on the honesty of those participating at the HWbot that they are indeed using their own hardware and not sharing a golden sample CPU or VGA card.
Let’s start with what is allowed to be shared: everything… except:
- VGA may not be shared for 3D Benchmarks
- CPU may not be shared for 2D Benchmarks

Bench session with more than 1 person:
- post result to account of owner of the hardware (3d: vga, 2d: cpu)
- when sli bench with two owners (each one card) post result to one account (you can chose which account)
- FORBIDDEN: post multiple results of the same session spread over different accounts
- FORBIDDEN: share cpu on 2D and/or gpu on 3D benches with team members to gain more points.

While the rules are quite simple and straightforward, enforcing them isn’t. If you are having a joint benchmark session, provide as much proof and information as possible when you submit a new HWBot score, which shows you were using your own hardware for the benchmark in question, a photo with a paper showing your nickname and the product serial number is good way to do this.

Not trying to get around this, but couldn't you be at a bench party, bench your golden cpu/gpu, sell the cpu/gpu to your friend for say $20, let him bench it, then he sells it back to you for $20? So in the end there was no $ net-gain or loss, but technically you sold your chip, so if he was the owner of it for the time he was benching it, and you owned it for your benching, he could post his results, and you post your's?

It's certainly a reasonable question. I'd figured a cherry 920 would go for $500 though.. Friend pays me $500, I pay friend $500. Then we both feel rich.

3 nights later I grab an extra 50 points in vantage

im going to bed... and then I am going to wake up to 2 feet of snow on the ground.  We already have 12"... I just hope they cancel work.
