Geforce GTX 1080Ti crash to Bluescreen

My Computer is crashing to a Bluescreen when ever I try to play a game that starts to tax my computer. I get about 5 minutes or so before it crashes.
I have done a full driver update and did a ram test. I have no idea why after years of no problems This started happening.
 
My computers specs:
OS: Windows 10 Pro Ver. 20H2 Build 19042.804
CUP: AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor 
Motherboard: sabertooth 990fx r2.0
Ram: 16Gb Corsair Vengeance
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
 
I also have the minidump file from the last crash, but can't upload it here and I can't link it ether...

    What bug check code did you get? How old is your psu?

    I upgraded the psu when I gat the 1080. So, not that old.
     
    Here's the details from the event viewer:
     
    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x1000007e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff80176110877, 0xffff8d0398ceab48, 0xffff9f818fdf5920). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\022021-34046-01.dmp. Report Id: c621de17-9663-4a60-8a6c-626d2b41bb7c.

    Do you have a spare ssd/hdd to install windows onto? That bsod points to corrupted files.

    I don't have another storage device or windows 10 key to install from. I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10.

    Is there a way to do a file check/restore?

    Yes, you can run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r. If that doesn’t help I’d suggest getting a spare drive to do a clean install of windows 10 on.
