GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 430.53 
New GeForce Hotfix display driver version 430.53 is based on our latest Game Ready Driver 430.39.
This Hotfix driver addresses the following: Fixes higher CPU usage by NVDisplay.Container.exe...

GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 430.53   

GeForce Hotfix display driver version 430.53 is based on our latest Game Ready Driver 430.39.  This Hotfix driver addresses the following:
  • Fixes higher CPU usage by NVDisplay.Container.exe introduced in 430.39 driver
  • 3DMark Time Spy: Flickering observed when benchmark is launched
  • BeamNG: Application crashes when game is launched
  • Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Freezes when launched in SLI mode 
  • Desktop flickers when videos are played back on a secondary monitor

    I had a feeling this hotfix was coming out soon due to the high CPU usage issues.

    Of course! The morning after just installing the new kingpin I get to do a uninstall and reinstall of nvidia drivers!

    Who'd of guess it.

    Pain of a pc user.. installing new nvidia drivers like every other day! Console user.. new patch to there game like everytime they go to play it!

    Did they pull the latest hotfix? Page is unavailable. I can download the DCH driver but not the standard.

    Did they pull the latest hotfix? Page is unavailable. I can download the DCH driver but not the standard.

    Can't say I'd noticed the cpu usage issue, but the previous driver certainly exhibited some strange issues, port royale benchmark showed some flickering geometry (almost looked like z axis fighting), but posted my highest score so far (9485).

    Either way, downloaded the hotfix, seems to have resolved flickering and benchmark scores back to normal.

    Either way, downloaded the hotfix, seems to have resolved flickering and benchmark scores back to normal.

    Not everyone was seeing this CPU Usage, I was not seeing it but then I dump the driver and went back to 425.31

    I also went back to the 425.31 and everything is fine.
     
    Was seeing some flickering do I dumped it.
