How much we talking, I just got my score back 2 days ago after a driver update in July.
More than a 1000 points increase for me.

Interesting.. the installer didn't give me an option to not install GFE - the GFE selection box was pre-ticked and not selectable (this was on my laptop - Windows 11 Pro). I had to let it install with the driver etc., then had to go back and uninstall GFE after. Never had that happen before. NVidia really are getting pushy these days...

Must be some sort of laptop thing. The only difference I noticed from a typical driver install was the mandatory reboot.
