GTX 980 ACX Fans Twitching?

I took a Video of what its doing. I'm not that worried but I figured id ask if anyone else noticed this. Video is below.

    That looks normal and that 'twitching' you mentioned is probably ambient airflow causing the fans to do that.

    And I feel the same before fans start slightly shaken by the video you made.Тhis is normal I think.

    This is completely normal as the currently 900 series cards has a feature that will allow passive cooling until the card reaches above 60 degrees Celsius. This can be over ridden with Precision X if you want the fans to spin at all times or to start spinning at a lower temperatures such as 40 degrees Celsius.

    My card twitches and I think it's just to keep the fans "hot" so they can power up quicker? But they should stop and "twitch" when the card throttles.

    Its normal when the card is in passive mode.
