You're sig shows 2GB of DDR2 RAM. You really should go up to 4GB (2x2GB) for your setup - if you're gonna keep it. If you move up to a P55 or X58 platform, then you'll need DDR3 RAM.
Since you're on a budget, a P55 motherboard with an i5-7xx CPU would match well with a GTX 460. Add the fact that 4GB DDR3 kits have dropped a lot in price, and are a better value than DDR2, and you could build a rockin' gaming system.
