I've woken my machine to find the GPU clock and Memory clocks stuck at full speed with 0% GPU load. Software or card issue?

    **SOLVED**

Thank god, it was because I had mistakenly set power management to prefer maximum in Nvidia control panel on the global profile.

Even for the global profile? Which is desktop stuff? I set max performance for gaming profiles...

That will give you idle clocks of GPU 1350Mhz, Mem 7000Mhz and highish temps, is that want you want?

Yes but it does not always give me 1350MHz or 7000MHz
With no active monitor they are both at 300 the one below at 1350 is the card that has a monitor connected.
When I turn off my Monitor they drop back to 300 and 405 as the card on the bottom.
I am not Folding or Crunching on my Graphics Cards so they are not in use to explain why the Temps are so low.
