Looks like evga will send you out some new fans now if you need them.

EVGA didn't offer this in the past. EVGA would simply tell you to rma the entire card, or replace the entire cooler.

When my 3080 Ti started having a fan act up, I reached out the RMA people to return the card.  They offered me a replacement fan.

I noticed the 3080 ti is running 10C warmer, 48C -54C now 62c to 68C. Always been underclocked with an aggressive fan curve two fan curves actual with ab to control all three fans. Never oc it not even once to much heat. My recent Win 11 update? Maybe the gpu driver update, used DDU any guesses. I'm scratching my head here the cpu is maintaining it's temp and ambient is colder if anything it's -15 outside.
PS: I know I know those aren't bad temps but still I watch stuff like that.

Have some thermal grizz I'm just Leary of not having the pads on hand when putting new paste on. I'll go ahead and order new pads. I'm going to reinstall to an older gpu driver to check b\4 I start. Thanks all for the suggestions

The fan blade fell off the motor on my 3080FTW. Started a RMA and sent a msg with pics asking for fans to be shipped to me.
GPU works good and I really don't want to send it in for an exchange. Sure enough they are going to get replacement in the mail asap.
    Thanks EVGA!!!
