I think I only ever used step-up once, but a great program regardless. I'm sorry and very sad to see EVGA winding down operations. I had hopes of seeing an EVGA phoenix rise from the ashes with a new GPU partnership with AMD or Intel, but that seems and less and less likely now. The affiliates / associates programs have ended, extended warranties ended, step-up ended, the TEAMEVGA twitch stream is apparently coming to an end and Peter is leaving, and I hear a number of EVGA staff are being let go... so sad when EVGA was hands down the best in the business.
 
I didn't realize just how big a part of my life EVGA had become, and I know I'm not alone there, so watching the demise is really hurting. I can't imagine how the people inside EVGA for years must be feeling. I understand Andrew Han wanting to retire and spend more time with family, but I wish he could have passed on the baton to someone else rather than taking the company and everyone involved with it down with him - quite the d|ck move imho.  
 
@EVGATech_LeeM - you've been super helpful over the years and I don't know whether you're staying or leaving for now, but thank you for all the help and support you've given to me and no doubt countless others - definitely an above-and-beyond person. Thanks Lee, from the heart.

100% this. I never used it...but knowing it was there...it gave a level of comfort to purchasers that was unparalleled within the industry.

Great program, it's why I suggested buying EVGA GPU to my relative. It's unfortunate he didn't use it, but we still appreciate the build quality across the range of products.

I used it a few times, it's one of the things that set EVGA apart, but since they don't do GPU's anymore and only two MB's once a generation it doesn't make since to keep it around. Really it is sad to watch them fall apart like they are, yeah I know what they said about other product lines but come on, GPU's is what brought people to their brand and kept people buying their brand ( I have purchased over 100 EVGA products going back to my first GF card, GF2 mx400 ) it not a power supply or keyboard company. Sorry but if the owner wanted out he should have sold the whole company, this slow decline is sad to watch.
