Hi,

I'm trying to see if this G-Skill F4-4000C14D-16GTZR will work on x570-Dark? I tried checking the cpu-memory support but could not find any info.

Thank You!

That's likely the best kit you can get for this board. CL14 4000 is the highest bin for 5000 series CPUs.

2x16GB is better for X570 and B550 boards though, but that kit is still really good.

    Yes, it will.

I use G.Skill CL14 3600 RAM which is the exact same modules on the RAM sticks themselves.

But depending on the CPU you have, 4000 XMP might get WHEA errors and you may have to manually adjust the timings, CL14 4000 might be too low for some 5000 series CPUs. You can check in OCCT CPU stress test for WHEA errors.

A mod is running a G.Skill 4000 XMP CL16 kit XMP WHEA free though.

link for EVGA Dark 570 - RAM

Just because RAM is not on the QVL list, does NOT mean it won't work. G.Skill RAM works quite well on all X570 platforms, just XMP settings might need a bit of tweaking is all. :)

Seems pretty close to yours, but memory controllers on the processors vary enough that you might have to try setting the speeds and timings manually.

Thank You EVGATech_LeeM for the advice! But I decided to go with Zen 4. Looking forward to your x670 motherboard! :)
