I need to know if x570 dark support the new ddr4 5333mhz rams
In the spec its only written up to 4800mhz
What i want to know is 4800mhz is the max supported ram speed or what?

It says 4800+ meaning if your cpu imc can do that speed then it will work.

Does that mean 4800 mhz is the board maximum?

The board doesn’t set the cap. The quality of your cpu imc does.

For ddr4 boards it’s absolutely true. Good luck getting your 5000 series cpu running at anything over 3800.

    What's your FCLK running at?

Sorry, I don't get on here very often. My CPU is running 4.8 @ 1.297 all core, mem has XMP prof 1 running 4600 CL17, I can get into the BIOS and get more info if you want.

While the kit is technically running at that frequency you aren't getting 4600mhz performance if the FCLK isn't running 1:1 with the RAM speed (so in this case, the FCLK would have to be 2300mhz which Zen 3 can't really do). You'll see better performance if you tune that kit to something like 3800mhz CL16 (with FCLK running at 1900mhz, Zen 3 can hit that without issue).
