The new cable EVGA released provides the same power that a regular PCIE cable would provide, correct? I'm positive that EVGA wouldn't release this without making that clear but just wanted to be sure. To be clear, I mean the roughly 288W provided by a regular PCIE cable is also provided with this new cable?

Thanks

Does the CPU connector on the PSU outputs similar/same wattage/volt/power as the VGA?  With this cable (CPU EPS), is it "safe" (to the PSU, to the graphic card, to the cable, etc.) to power another GC (7th)?  I already used up six VGAs on my GT1300W PSU.  Each GC used around 125-150W.

The cable and plugs will be just fine with the cable listed above with 150w. There at two 1300w get models listed as compatible, but you will want to look up your exact model number to confirm.

Your power supply has 1300w for the 12v rail. 7*150 = 1050w, giving you 250w to play with after hooking up the 7th card. So if you don't have anything else major hooked up, it will be fine.
