This is my second post, and I am still at a lost for why I cannot get a stable build with my 3060TI XC. I have replaced my Power supply, Mother Board, Ram and ssd to try and fix the issue but they are persisting. I am currently on my third 3060 TI XC through RMA, the same issues have persisted and all sign point to gpu being the issue weather that is the hardware or the drivers for it. I have everything up to date, all drivers installed and up to date and the mother board bios is up to date. I have constant freezing issue doing simple things like zoom calls, web browsing, watching twitch. I was just playing rise of the tomb raider and it crashed and reset my computer. Reliability Monitor shows constant Hardware error's, LiveKernalEvent 141. At this point it has to be either a problem with my CPU, I have the worst luck in RMA and I am being sent cards that all have the same stability issues or the drivers are just terrible for the card. If anyone else is having the same issue or have any idea how to make this build actually work better than my mid-tier prebuilt I bought 6 years ago I would really appreciated the advice. Thanks (Current Build) Specs: Widows 10/64Bit AMD Ryzen 5600x ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 8 GB ram DDR4 2133MHz (Switched to check if Ram was the issue) EVGA 850 Bq Gold Power EVGA 3060Ti XC (Original Build) Specs: Widows 10/64Bit AMD Ryzen 5600x MPG B550 Gaming Edge Wifi 32 GB ram G.Skill Ripjaws V Series DDR4 3200 EVGA 850 Bq Gold Power EVGA 3060Ti XC

Sorry to hear the issues you are experiencing but have you tried reinstalling windows on a clean boot via default settings?

What programs are loading during start-up.....go to task manager and ensure only bare bones are loaded during start-up....I would try that.

If you truly believe it's a gpu issue the best thing would be to test the card in another known good working pc to verify the card is at fault. Sounds like you may have a psu issue if your pc crashed and reset while gaming. Freezing could also be a ram issue. You can test your ram with memtest86 or occt. You can also test your psu with occt.

Ran tests on both and no errors on the memory or power supply. I ran the 3d test using occt and it would run for ~30 Seconds and stop and when I pull up reliability Monitor it shows that the OCCT has stopped working and a hardware error Live Kernel Event 141.

Card overheating by any chance and are the even fans revving up or are they at idle. What are the card temperatures sitting at? Try Precision X1 and see where you fans are sitting at or even are spinning.

I've been watching temps and they all look good and the fans spin up. I was thinking overheating as an issue to so I kept an eye on them yesterday while I pushed the system. Idle temp is 43 degrees at the moment.

Has anyone dealt with EVGA directly to ask how common this is? How can they send me three cards that all have the same hardware issue without everyone having the same hardware issues? How can I be that unlucky?

I wanted to update this thread. After trouble shooting everything I could think of it turns out my CPU was the issue with the build. I bought a Ryzen 9 5600x to see if my other CPU was the problem and so far I have had no issues with the new build. Thanks to everyone who helped and I appreciate it.
