3080ti Hybrid radiator fans running when the computer is turned off but the PSU is on.

I'm so happy to finally have a 3080ti FTW Hybrid to build and it runs beautifully. Except the radiator fans are constantly running even when the computer has been shut off via the power button but the PSU is still on. All other fans and components are turned off. The fans turn off immediately only when I turn off the PSU or unplug.I have a   ,  Given all other fans and components are turned off as expected, I thought it might be something with the 3080ti? Any insight appreciated.  
 
SOLUTION: I finally got it to work unhooking the fan hub in the Phantek EvolvX case. If I don't use the hub, the problem goes away.

    Does this issue go away when unplugging all your hdmi and dp cables that are running to the card? If yes, it could be a bad cable back feeding power to the card.

    Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue.

    Yes, it had to do with the fan hub in the Phantek EvolvX case. If I don't use the hub, the problem goes away.

    Interesting, I have a Lian Li fan hub that I guess could be the culprit. However, the gpu radiator fans are not plugged into it. Did you have your GPU radiator fans plugged into the hub? 
     
    Also, did the fan on the gpu itself have the same issue?
