Please help me get hold of Jacob

I would like to speak to Jacob Freeman.  Have an issue that is important (to me anyway).   I have a 3090 Kingpin Hybrid.  Pump went bad.  Did RMA.  Received a defective card in return which worked on about 45 minutes.  Machine would not boot with the card installed.  Having to do an RMA again.  While Anthony was very helpful within his limits, what occurred is very illegitimate.  I feel like someone took a good card, replaced the pump, saved the original carton and has a very valuable card in exchange for this non functioning one.

    twitter is your only hope.  He is not at the beck and call of people, and he does also have standard work hours.

    I don't think that new members can PM.  Am I mistaken?
     
    Regarding the complaint, RMA the card again and ask for EVGA to pay for the shipping both ways.  They will.  Just push them. Politely.

    Sounds like you should have just done a cross ship rma and swapped the coolers.
